Delivery

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Please note that some products cannot be shipped to specific countries.

This varies depending on your purchased product. Most of our products are personalised and take between 1-5 working days to dispatch.

Delivery method can be selected at checkout.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use primarily use Royal Mail and only use tracked delivery options.

You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

For some items, we can despatch them the same or next day. If you need an item urgently please email us before you place your order at urgent@thepersonalshop.co.uk.

We also have alternative 'Personalise it later' products. These items can be personalised at a later stage.

Product

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.

This offer excludes personalised items.

If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

Other

On all items except name labels we no longer print invoices. You will receive an email copy.

All uploaded images that are uploaded to our website are deleted after 30 days.

If your uploaded images are part of an order, they are permanently deleted 7 days after your order has been marked as delivered.
