Delivery

We will keep your update as we make and dispatch your order via email or text.

Depending on the delivery method you have selected we will also send you the tracking information once dispatched.

If you haven't received any emails for us please check your spam or email us sales@thepersonalshop.co.uk

If you need your order by a specific date we recommend choosing Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Please note we still require time to make your order and this typically takes betweeen 1-3 working days.

Placing your order

We use an automated production system which helps us to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

While we will always try and correct mistakes we cannot guarantee this will be possible once you have placed your order.

Yes we do offer Clearpay as one of our payment methods at checkout.

There is no minimum spend to pay via Clearpay.
