If you have any problems with your order or delivery just let us know, we're always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issue you may have.

If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, simple return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

If An Item Is Damaged
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We're try our best to package items as carefully as possible. If an item is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of personalised & custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot accept returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service and one that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
