Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, simple return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Please take note of the products that are excluded from our returns policy.
If an item is damaged
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We're try our best to package items as carefully as possible. If an item is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and we will issue a replacement as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of personalised & custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective we cannot accept returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service and one that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible, we use an automated production system and once your order has entered production and we will be unable to cancel it.
Mis-spelt items
We cannot accept any responsibility for orders that are mis-spelt through no fault of our own. Please check your order confirmation email as this is how your order will be made.
